American Elderberry is a rich and flavorful native berry that grows abundantly in mid to late summer. Known for it's vibrant purple color and use in traditional herbalis, we have wild harvested this wonderful fruit and mixed it with our wildflower honey, to ferment into a unique and beautiful berry mead for you to enjoy.
